Naturally acquired passive immunity is a type of immunity that occurs when antibodies pass from mother to fetus via placenta or from mother to baby via breast milk. This occurs when a person (or a baby) is exposed to a live pathogen (which came from the mother), and develop a primary immune response which may then lead to immunological memory.
