The patient has a low temperature (hypothermia), high pulse (but not enough for tachycardia), increased breathing and a bit low blood pressure. These symptoms can be caused by massive bleeding. T he perineal pad of the patient is saturated with bright red blood, which shows there is a high chance of active bleeding.

The surgeon needs to be informed because the bleeding might be dangerous.
