How can we increase our absorption of dietary magnesium?

    The best action to take in increasing absorption of dietary magnesium in the body is by eating a high protein diet as this way, the body may increase absorption when it comes of dietary magnesium instead of other diet such as high fiber, high carbohydrate and even high fat diet.
