Option C, Advise the family to review all of the info to make an educated decision

    Explanation:

Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) are not entitled to evaluate the patient. Instead their duties are confined to carrying out treatment plans as planned by an Occupational therapist (OT) or surgeon. In case if a patient is anxious regarding a surgery or the treatment plan, he is free to choose to continue the treatment or he can quit as well. Thus, in this case when patient's family raised their doubts to the OTA, he/she will suggest them to rethink, evaluate and take a learned decision.

    Hence, option C is correct
