    Hypothesis:

    I think the Sodium Bicarbonate and water would have a pH balance of 7 or 8. The reason I feel that is because there is nothing acetic about baking soda and water. I feel that Vinegar would be a little below neutral with a pH balance of 8 or 9.

    Neutralization:

    The reaction between acid and a base is called neutralisation. A salt and water are the only products of neutralisation.

    or

    Neutralization is when acids and bases react with each other. The two opposites specie cancel each others effects and resulting product is neither an acid nor a base.
