Tide has a periodic cycle and is usually every 12 hours 25.2 minutes; exactly half a tidal lunar day. It also varies over the lunar cycles and the costal location. But within the same day and same location, the cycle time is pretty stable.

You can find the next high and low tide by forwarding 12 hrs 25.2 mins; which gives 9pm and 2:56pm as time for the next high and low tide.
