The nucleus dictates the protein needed for processing, which the endomembrane system processes and transports. The ribosomes on the rough Endoplasmic reticulum makes use of the RNA (Ribo Nucleic Acid) being produced by the DNA (Deoxyribo Nucleic Acid) to produce the various types of proteins needed by the body, this RNA exits the Nucleus and enters the cytoplasm of the cell.
