The water cycle consists of some water evaporating from the surfaces of bodies of water and going into the air. As result of air temperatures, water vapor eventually condenses and falls as rain. The rain nurtures life and the environment and eventually makes its way back into water where the cycle is repeated. Water has an unusually low vapor pressure and does not rapidly evaporate because of its A) neutral pH. B) liquid form. C) hydrogen bonding. D) non-polar structure.

    Probably C. Neutral pH doesn't affect anything, and water is polar so D isn't correct. I don't know what liquid form is, and water does form intermolecular hydrogen bonds, which creates surface tension and makes water form globules. That's how water striders can walk on water because they use the bonds and surface pressure to support them
