    Explanation:

    It can be defined as the sporadic contractions and relaxations of the uterine muscles.

    They are called as false labor. They start around 6 week of the gestation period but are not felt until third trimester.

    This occurs in the body to prepare it for the true labor but it does not start at that time.

    It is not that painful but seems like menstrual cramps in the lower abdomen.
