    Cells can be stimulated to divide as it becomes necessary when there is a need for more new cells. Extracellular signals spur on and stimulate the cytokines. Cytokines are specific to an immune system and they are the substances that are omitted from those systems. Cell communication is enabled by these processes, by these signalling molecules.
