If the combined mass of two objects increases by a factor of 10, how will Fg be affected?

    Fg or gravitational force between two objects is proportional to the product of the masses of the two objects and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. If the masses increase by a factor of 10, then Fg increases by 10^2 or by a factor of 100.
