The year is 3691. a suburbanite family visits a historical museum where they admire an exhibit on 20th century cooking. in one of the cases lies a can of spam produced in 1996. assuming complete homogeneity of the meat product's nuclei (and yes, we are assuming it's radioactive!), how many nuclei are still present if the half-life of the nuclei is 236 years and the can contained 5.0*108 nuclei of spam when it was produced?

    N = No (2^-t/t1/2) (t1/2 = half life)

    N = 5x10^8 (2^ - (3691-1996) / 236)

    N = 5x10^8 (2^-7.182)

    N = 3.44x10^6 nuclei
