    The nurse tells her that urinary frequency in the first trimester is due to the enlarging of uterus, which is still in the pelvis that’s why she have to urinate more often.

    Frequent urination is also considered as an early symptom of pregnancy for some women. When the uterus become large it places pressure on the bladder and one has to urinate more often.
