The answer is Shock: elevate the legs and keep him warm

The man has loses much blood so the most appropriate diagnosis would be shock. Shock happens because the blood volume decreased, makes the body doesn't get enough blood pumped. Elevating the legs will reduce the blood pooled there, so there will be more blood circulating in the important organ. Keeping the temperature warm also important because loss of blood might cause hypothermia.
