Mitosis is a process in the cell cycle or cell division where chromosomes in a cell nucleus separate to form two identical sets of chromosomes which would end up with its own nucleus. If the process is interrupted cell abnormality will occur, which will manifest in an organism’s overall traits and behavior (e. g. physical, mental, emotional, adaptation). If cells during mitosis are interrupted overall cell processes will be affected which would then result to chemical imbalances within the organelles.
