No, concentration of astmospheric carbon dioxide donot decreasing due to human activity. Human activities cause increases in the concentration of carbondioxode in the environment. A high amount of carbondioxode is released from vehicles and industries etc and disturb the carbon cycle. This increase in the amount, increase global temperature because carbondioxode is a green house gas.
