    c. Primacy effect

    Explanation:

Regarding the ability of an individual to accurately pull out information from long term memory, a phenomenon known as the serial position effect has been explained by psychologists. This phenomenon describes two ways in which a given information in form of a list can be recalled. These are the primacy, and the recency effect.

The primacy effect explains that information at the beginning of a list would be easily recalled than those at the middle, while the recency effect explains that information at the end of the list of the information would be easily recalled than those at the middle.

Kristen's effective recall of the first 4 names of the 13 people clearly illustrates the primacy effect.
