    Explanation:

    Amoeba

    Amoebae reproduce asexually by binary fission. The nucleus divides into two identical sets of chromosomes, and then the cell divides into two identical daughter cells.

    Tapeworms

    Most tapeworms reproduce sexually. However, the reproductive organs of both sexes occur in the same proglottid (segment), so they can fertilize themselves.

    Terminal proglottids containing the eggs break off and pass out with the host's feces.

    The eggs develop into embryos with a hard outer shell.

    The embryos do not hatch until a suitable host eats them.

    Amoeba reproduce by the common asexual reproduction method called binary fission. Tapeworm does by the regeneration method
