Fructose is a molecule that can move across the cell membrane. if the concentration of fructose is higher outside the cell than inside the cell, then what will happen by the process of diffusion?

    Water from inside the cell will move to the outside (which is osmosis) shrivel ing the cell if it's an animal cell. A plant cell won't really shrivel completely because it has a cell wall, but the membrane will
