    She has impaired hypothalamus because hypothalamus is known as the control center of several important functions. It affects the functioning of pituitary gland, thyroid gland et cetera.

    It can also cause disruption in the body temperature, height, sodium and water balance in the body of the individuals.

    All these symptoms shows that she is having impaired function of her hypothalamus.
