In scuba diving, training generally occurs at 30-60 feet of depth, and a "deep" recreational dive is considered to be anything deeper than 60 feet. Experienced divers can operate in the range beyond 60 feet down to a standard limit of about 130 feet. Beyond that, additional training and equipment are required.
