The best way to be healthy is to eat carbohydrates, proteins, fats and vitamins.
Regular exercise
Enough sleep
Drink water
Don't take stress

Here are some tips:-
- Exercise daily
- Keep a healthy and balanced diet.
- Take walks
- Make sure eat foods with vitamins and plenty of Iron.
- Get fresh air (go outside daily)
- Avoid Stress
- Drink plenty of water
