Where within the cell does the process of respiration take place? inside of the mitochondria outside of the mitochondria both inside and outside of the mitochondria in the chloroplasts

    Cellular respiration takes place in the mitochondria and the cytoplasm (glycolysis), therefore the answer is both inside and outside of the mitochondria.
