True or False:

If an area has not had an earthquake in over a hundred years, there probably will not be another one.

    The answer is false, and the reason why is because of the tectonic plates, they can build pressure and tension during those hundreds years and later make a super earthquake. So if an area has not had an earthquake for millions of years, that doesn't mean that there will not be another one, there will be and maybe more powerful.

    The answer is false, once an earthquake happens it will most likely happen again
