    Alright, I'm going to give you a few examples: 1. bench press, you lie down on your back and lift weights, up from your chest, then down. 2. hand-grip strength, the subject holds the dynamometer in the hand to be tested, with the arm at right angles and the elbow by the side of the body 3. abdominal strength test, is when you lie down on your back, and lift your legs up and down rise your legs to a 90-degree angle (vertically) while keeping the upper body flat on the floor; 4. trunk lift, the aim of that is to rise your body off the floor using the muscles of the back and hold the position to allow for the measurement

    The four ways which muscle strength can be measured are

    1. strength endurance,

    2. absolute strength,

    3. elastic strength, and

    4. dynamic strength.

    Elastic strength is a way of describing ductility. When body is deformed it is returned to its original shape.

    Dynamic strength is any exercise which involves joint movement. Some dynamic exercise include bicep curl, tricep dip, and squat.

    Absolute strength is the amount of force exerted. It favors those with higher bodyweight and also larger individual.
