    Explanation:

    Large single preserve is better than same area of several smaller preserve because scattered smaller preserves standing risk of less hospitable economic system outside the preserve boundary which makes option B the best while the creation of passage ways in option C reduces the risk of less hospitable ecosystem outside the preserve which can affect the animals and option A is usually not considered in biodiversity guidelines for preserves.
