Explanation:

The bigger version food chains is the food web. Which means that, many food chains combinedly forms the food web. In the food web we can visualize the connection of plants and animals together in different ways. We cannot say it is done deliberately but a natural interconnection of food chains. It is a consumer resource system. Mainly the organic matters are taken by the heterotrophs like sugar which gives energy.
