The only difference between animal and plant cell division is in cytokinesis.

Explanation: Both human and plant cell divides by mitosis and meiosis. Which have same steps in both animals and plants. But cytokinesis which is division of cytoplasm is different. In animal cell there forms a furrow or cleavage in between the cell, which deepens dividing cell into two by forming a membrane. While in plant cells, there forms a cell plate made up of Golgi vesicles between the cell which results in cytoplasm division.
