On average, about how quickly does our immune destroy viruses? About how quickly does a vaccine destroy viruses? How many virions (virus particles) do they destroy in a specific time span?

I wouldnt say a vaccine destroys a virus. it is supposed to give a small dosage of the virus so the immnune system fights it off and recongnises it in the future
