If you deleted the dna promoter sequence of a gene, what would happen at the rna level? the dna helicase would not be able to recognize and bind the dna, so the rna would not be made. nothing, the rna would be made as usual. the mutation of the dna would be carried through to the rna sequence. the rna polymerase would not be able to recognize and bind the dna, so no rna would be made.

    The last one: the RNA polymerase would not be able to recognize and bind the DNA, so no RNA would be made.

    The purpose of the promoter region is to attract the RNA polymerase to the site
