On breast examination. what would be an abnormal sign?

I read a preteens book on this while I was down during summer visiting my family in Florida, it's a GirlsLife book. It talked about this sort of stuff. It was a good read. Anyway's, I believe basically one breast is small, the other is big. This is accurate because it came from medical professionals.
