in term of mitosis and anaphase, so then the chromatids do not seprate and come in line

Crossing over occurs only in anaphase of mitosis is not right because it happens in prophase 1. It's not the centromeres because all sister chromatids have centromeres. It's not chromosomes line up because they line side by side. So the answer has to be the first one.
