The difference between anaphase of mitosis and anaphase I of meiosis is that

chromatids do not separate at the centromere in anaphase I.

the chromosomes line up at the equator in anaphase I.

centromeres do not exist in anaphase I.

crossing-over occurs only in anaphase of mitosis.

    in term of mitosis and anaphase, so then the chromatids do not seprate and come in line

    Crossing over occurs only in anaphase of mitosis is not right because it happens in prophase 1. It's not the centromeres because all sister chromatids have centromeres. It's not chromosomes line up because they line side by side. So the answer has to be the first one.
