    In higher plants

    Explanation:

Vascular bundles are the type of bundle which are responsible for the transportation of water and food from one part to another part inside the body of plants. There are two types of vascular bundles i. e. xylum and phloem. Xylum transport water from roots to shoots, while phloem carries food from leaves to storage organs. In higher plants such as shrub and tree, rings are present which separates xylum and phloem from one another.
