    Diffusion

    Explanation:

Movement, cell division and active transport (Transport of material such as magnesium in plant from the region of lower concentration to the region higher concentration through the use of ATP) all need ATP for the processes to occur so they will be affected but diffusion (movement of particles from the region of higher concentration to the region of lower concentration until they are evenly distributed) is a process that does need ATP to occur and therefore will be least affected.
