What will happen to a person with excessive secretion of growth hormones from the pituitary gland

    Excess secretion of growth hormones can cause abnormalities in the growth process in children and adolescents. It could cause gigantism. In adults, excess of these hormones can cause a condition called acromegaly where there is bone thickening. Hope this answers the question.
