    When osmolarity of unrine increases, this makes the body to produce antidiuretic hormone (ADH). The kidney then keeps more water and ingest more water inside the body and this result in a highly concentrated urine. But if there is low osmolarity of urine, anti diuretic hormone is not produced, water is not ingested, the urine and blood will remain diluted.
