An activated carrier is an energized molecule that is capable of transferring energy to other molecules that are participating in energy-consuming metabolic processes. Activated carriers molecules do not require energy consumption, but they are extremely important in many important cellular processes for the maintenance of life. These molecules are: ATP, GTP, NADH, FADH2 and NADPH.

NADPH3 is not an activated carrier molecule, so the right answer is the letter C.
