    ee or Ee

    Explanation:

If you cross an ee with an ee the only available allele is e so all offspring will be ee. If Ee there is a one in four chance the offspring is ee, as the available combinations are Ee, EE, Ee, and ee. To be recessive in phenotype the kitten must be ee or the allele will be masked by the dominant one.
