    The reasonable argument for the use of nuclear power plants would be that C. nuclear power provides electricity at the lowest cost. We are living in an era where it is always necessary to think about resources and money, and given that nuclear power plants do not use up a lot of them, it is only natural this would be a positive consequence of using such plants. Although it may not be the "healthiest" or wisest choice, it is certainly the cheapest one, which is sometimes also important.
