How are stars arranged in space?

    Stars do not have a fixed pattern, but most stars are arranged in clusters of millions (and billions) of stars, and shapes that we call galaxies. There are elliptical galaxies, spiral galaxies (like the Milky Way, our galaxy), and many more!
