If concentration of cell of water in a cell is higher than concentration of cell outside solution then we can say that cell remain in hypo-tonic solution.

And in hypo-tonic solution, cell will take up water and start to swell, but cell prevent it from bursting. The plant cell is said to have become "turgid" i. e. swollen and hard. The pressure inside the cell rises until this internal pressure is equal to the pressure outside.
