The Atherosclerosis can be and cholesterol defined as the built of fats deposited on the walls of artery.

It has no symptoms until the plaque is enough to effect the blood flow. Due to the blockage in the artery it blocks the flow of blood. Blood flow can be defined as the movement of the blood in various organs, tissues, arteries, veins, et cetera.

The plaque in the artery acts as a source of resistance and due to this resistance, the blood pressure also increases. It can also be defined as the pressure exerted on the walls of the artery by the blood flowing inside it.

Hence, atherosclerosis is related to blood flow, resistance and blood pressure as all of them are consequences of it.
