What body system are involved when you sit down to do your homework.

    - Integumentary system (your skin touches your clothes and then the chair, protecting your internal organs)

    - Muscular system (you need your muscles to flex your legs onto the chair)

    - Nervous system (your brain needs to voluntarily tell your muscles to sit down)

    - Skeletal system (your muscles need to control your bones to put them on the chair)
