DNA overload would be the process of the cell creating protiens by continuously accessing the nuclear DNA, amd the demand eventually becomes to great that the crucial protien isnt made or DNA shears under stress.

It is where the cells become too large and the DNA can't keep up with the demands of the cell so then the proteins will stop being made and then the cell will finally stop growing
