Why is the ability to swim an inherited trait in a fish but a learned trait in a human being

Because they are in they water the fish has a gene that gets passed down to their offspring and without that gene they would die however humans do not need to swim to survive so God left that gene out making swimming for a human a trait that has to be learned.
