    Explanation:

    The messenger RNA or mRNA are the molecules produced from the DNA using one strand as a template strand or anti-sense strand through the process of transcription.

    The mRNA is synthesized by the DNA dependent RNA polymerase which is synthesized by the complementary base pairing rule proposed by the Erwin Chargaff which stated that purines bind the complementary pyrimidine as A will bind T and G will bind C.

    But RNA lacks thymine nucleoside instead of which they have Uridine phosphate or uracil. So, the complementary sequence will have uracil instead of thymine.

    The mRNA sequence formed from the DNA - AGT will be mRNA - UCA hence, option-A is the correct answer.
