The environmental movement does not have tools to intervene with environmentally damaging practices on private property. T/F

    This is true. Such things are regulated through legislature, but they can't just enter private property and confiscate or destroy things that damage the environment since it is after all, private property. They can however stand outside and yell and protest and attract attention.
