What is the difference between a predatory relationship and a parasitic relationship?

    Predatory kills their prey on the spot. Parastic keeps the host alive and feeds off of thier body over a long period of time, until they are too weak to stay alive.

    Predatory: A predator is hunting on a prey.

    EXample: A lion is hunting on the deer.

    Parasitic: A parasite or another organism is living inside another organism and it is either killing it or harming it for its own benefit.

    Example: A parasite is inside a dogs stomach.
