    fenestrated capillaries contain pores that allow passage of blood plasma but not the blood cells (red, white blood cells and platelets).

    L arge and/or negatively charged molecules will rarely pass through the capillaries comparatively to small and/or positively charged ones.

    Albumin is both large and negatively charged so doesn't pass through.
