You can do many things, you could have intercourse or you could have a sperm donor. But I’m unsure that this is the place to ask such questions. Try going to a clinic such as planned parenthood. They aren’t just for abortions, you can get birth control, IUD’s, other contraceptives, STD testing, and information about pregnancy and how to get pregnant
